Merry Christmas

Happy birthday Jesus! Although Santa is fun to play around with and all christmas is really about and always has been the birthday of Jesus. I'll tell you what I got for christmas real soon, oh and the time for Blogger somehow got messed with so don't trust the time.

Dragons Around the World: Europe

S'up everybody! I'm now starting a series on different types of dragons, but first I need to tell you something, there won't be any artwork until I get the time and I'll soon make a gallery.

Dragons are one of the most interesting creatures and extremely famous. In almost every culture there is some form of a flying reptile. What inspired these myths? Was it dinosaurs? Something different or what? I'm going to tell you all I know. First let's start with european dragons.

European Dragons:
European dragons are mostly the main envisioning of a dragon. Everything from St. George to the classic "princess stuck in a tower with dragon" stories. Wyverns are the most common and are the English version of dragons. A wyvern has two wings and two legs, the rest is a scale covered, gruesome, man eating, fire breathing monster. It usually captures princesses and steals gold. In Germany it's different. They're called lindworms (dragons), they are the same as wyverns, but with no legs or sometimes two (just like wyverns). Welsh dragons are interesting (in welsh mythology), the white dragons symbolize the Saxons and red dragons symbolize the Welsh. There is a legend King Vortigern (the Welsh king) witnessing the red dragon defeating the white dragon. There are many other myths and legends about dragons, but that be a whole book. Next, Asia

Sorry

Sorry everybody for being so late. I'll post some more, but school has been getting in the way. Anyway I making a custom map in minecraft. It's called SkyWorld Painted forest. I'll be releasing beta soon. I haven't been drawing to much (because of school). I'll try to post more drawings. I'm also making a book of dragons. So I will start posting more stuff, but no promises because school....Well you get the idea.

Story: Dreaming

Here is a story I made up.

Dreams. Where imagination is uncontrollable. That was the state I was in at the time. The dream basically is about a monster which makes it a nightmare really, but back to the dream, I was walking down the street and then it happened. A creature that looked about 7 feet tall with extra arms that protruded from the elbow of the beast, it also had four bright red eyes with two eyes on each side of it's face with a long snout separating the eyes from each other and then it had a white skin and dinosaur like legs. Then it said, "Sorkn joajdhn aui ak". Then it charged at me. All the sudden a sword showed up in my hands. I then charged at him. He tried to grab me, but I swinged my sword at him and he moved towards the back of a wall and started climbing up it and jumped at me and I stabbed him in mid-air. He was done. Then a bright light flashed and a humanoid figure so bright I could not see the details. It said "This isn't the last test young one", then he was gone in a flash of light. I awoke in my bed. My name is...uh..um. I forgot my own name! Then a bunch of marines came through the windows and a FBI man came to me and said, "Your under arrest!". To be continued.

This wasn't a real dream, but a story. Hope you liked it! The more you view it and comment on it the more stories I'll make and maybe even continue this one!

Birds

Hi everybody! I have something to tell you.......I like birds (sorry if I sound retarded). Its true, but I have a specific favorite bird: the bird of paradise. Why do I like birds you might ask? They can physically fly, but no other creature (except bugs) can fly without technology. I love their feathers, their so fluffy and amazingly aerodynamic. Also I'm planning to draw my own bird species called the eagle of paradise. I'll talk more on birds in later posts too!

Minecraft

S'up people! Got a little something for ya'll............Minecraft! Yup, the legendary game of creating and fighting! Well, your probably wondering how good I am at this game. The image above is one of my alien houses. This one was no cheats and just pure architecture (honestly I'm better at making biological stuff and stories than creating architecture and landscapes). Sometimes I make custom terrain maps with world edit, but I never use world edit for building. For those who don't know what custom terrain is its where you use a map editor that literally edits the map and a custom terrain is again literally a custom made map. More minecraft coming soon.

Sorry for no artwork or notes on science. I've been busy the past few months, but I'll tell you this, I'm making a few renovations to the blog, for example: minecraft, stories (made just for you guys), and bosons plus even more! Also I'm going to redesign my blog with even more stuff. Stay tuned for even more stuff and maybe even surprises (maybe)!

Aliens- Into the Mind of Aliens

Yup, I believe in aliens. I believe in them, but don't believe in UFOs. What type of aliens do I believe in you ask? The scientific type, the ones that are on alpha centauri. The ones that are so inhuman that it's hard to imagine them. Thats the type of aliens I believe in! why don't I believe in UFOs? Well, UFOs are just lightning, sprites (electric discharges), chinese lanterns or experimental aircraft. If there are intelligent life their probably ahead of us. Why? What makes us as intelligent and amazing as we are is partly because of the food we eat, if other planets have higher energy levels than earth and if aliens can eat the energy levels their brains will have higher energy levels then are brains making them more intelligent, but if the planet is a cold one or normal one they could either be stupid or at our level. Communication with aliens is another story. They live on a totally different planet and have a different way of living, eating communication and etc. Also their brains could work totally different creating a huge communication gap, but if they live on a planet with high energy levels their brains will be more advanced and be able to possibly find a way to communicate if they haven't already. So thats my theory on the alien brain!

Drawing Humans

This here is Briana, my first human in a while. A friend taught me how to draw humans. First you make a circle for the forehead. Second you add the chin and lower parts of the the head. You then start adding details such as eyes, hair, cheeks,mouth, and nose (I forgot the ears). so thats my human! Enjoy!

Feathers

This wing is a drawing that my art teacher had me make. My teacher taught me how to make the feathers. Another trick is to make layers. The closer the feathers to the body, the smaller they are. I'll upload more of my art later. Hope you like it!
